Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of core product components and back-end services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement back-end functionalities and business logic using Java and Spring Boot.
• Own the development roadmap, including task prioritization, resource allocation, and technical risk management.
• Lead the development team through mentorship, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
• Optimize database structures, queries, and application performance to ensure scalability.
• Facilitate agile practices and process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Proficiency with Oracle database development and query optimization.
• Experience implementing and managing APIs and back-end services.
• Strong background in unit, integration, load, and stress testing.
• Hands-on experience with Java development tools and IDEs.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
• Scrum Master certification.
• WebMethods certification for enterprise system integration.
• ITIL Foundation knowledge for service management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with lean digital design thinking methodologies.
• Background in security protocol implementation and vulnerability protection.
