Description

You will lead the design and development of scalable backend systems while mentoring engineering teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable solutions using event-driven communication patterns, DDD, and service-oriented architectures.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of secure software using CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Build and maintain secure, well-documented, and scalable RESTful APIs.
• Mentor junior engineers to foster technical growth and collaboration within the team.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, workflows, and system reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record as a Staff Engineer or Senior Technical Lead.
• Proficiency in Golang, Java, C#, or Python.
• Expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns like DDD and event-driven systems.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with microservices architecture.
