Description

Lead software development teams to deliver scalable products using the Microsoft technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams while enforcing clean coding standards and source control procedures.
• Translate architectural visions into actionable development plans through close collaboration with Architects.
• Design and implement scalable software solutions using .NET, Azure, and Power Platform.
• Solve complex technical challenges and lead refactoring, performance optimization, and technology upgrade efforts.
• Mentor team members and drive the adoption of CI/CD processes and design patterns.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in software product development.
• Extensive expertise in the Microsoft Technology Stack, specifically .NET, .NET Core, and Azure.
• Proficiency with Blazor and Power Platform.
• Experience setting development standards for clean coding and CI/CD pipelines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience collaborating with Architects on technical decisions.
• Strong understanding of low-code platforms and their applications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
