Lead technical implementation and design for enterprise applications using modern cloud stacks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical designs and implement solutions using the MERN stack.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve technical skills and reach their full potential.
• Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural designs and technical standards.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, engineers, and DBAs to resolve technical problems.
• Maintain code quality and architectural standards to meet performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience as a technical lead.
• Proven experience working on enterprise cloud projects using the MERN stack.
• Thorough understanding of API and integration design principles.
• Expertise in Javascript frameworks, Node, MongoDB, or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to produce technical documentation and provide technical support.
• College degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and implementing microservices architecture.
• Experience designing, implementing, and onboarding APIs using API management.
• Experience with data and application integration using Azure Integration Services or modern middleware.
