Job Summary:

The Technical Lead / Solution Architect will act as the primary technical authority, responsible for leading system architecture, database design, DevOps strategy, security architecture, and deployment planning. This role involves providing technical leadership across development, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer to ensure robust and scalable enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead system and integration architecture design.
• Design SQL Server 2022 data models and database architecture.
• Establish coding standards and conduct technical reviews.
• Configure GitLab CI/CD pipelines and manage deployment processes.
• Oversee security compliance, including SSO, RBAC, and technical governance.
• Design integration solutions for CAST, TMDL, CGP, and external systems.
• Provide technical leadership throughout development, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer phases.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise .NET solutions.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server architecture and data modeling.
• Experience with OIDC authentication and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect certification or equivalent.

Special Considerations:

• Must ensure strict adherence to security compliance standards including SSO and RBAC.
• Responsible for maintaining technical governance across the project
