Description

Own technical direction and architectural design for complex systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software development teams, conducting code reviews and enforcing standards.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Design end-to-end solutions, creating architectural blueprints and proof-of-concepts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development and implementation.
• Negotiate architectural trade-offs with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with a strong software development background.
• Proven experience in technical leadership or team lead capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and solution architecture.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the full SDLC.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Working proficiency in Java or Python.
• Experience with database management, systems integration, and security best practices.

• Any Graduate degree.
