Description

Lead the architecture, design, and development of Java/J2EE applications and mentor a team of developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Java/J2EE developers in designing and implementing RESTful web services using Spring Boot.
• Define and implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure application scalability and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive architectural decisions.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful web services.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, secure web applications using Java.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in Java, Spring Boot, or cloud technologies.
