Description

You will lead the design and delivery of new products and enhancements for a portfolio management system.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and document software changes for new requirements and defect resolution.
• Translate customer requirements into optimized software solutions within product constraints.
• Lead team efforts through technical mentorship, coaching, and in-depth code reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex software problems and identify root causes in large codebases.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development.
• Senior-level competency in .NET and C# for desktop and web applications.
• Intermediate-level competency in Microsoft Visual C++, including MFC, ATL, (D)COM, and Win32 desktop development.
• Experience with .NET Core and interop with .NET.
• Intermediate-level competency in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, query analysis, and performance tuning for large databases.
• Proficiency in web development using HTML and CSS.
• Experience with Git, SVN, and AWS.
• Ability to analyze, profile, and support minimally documented legacy code.
• Experience working within Scrum teams.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to acquire deep domain knowledge to drive product enhancements and fixes.
