Description

You will lead backend development using Node.js and architect AWS cloud-native solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement AWS cloud-native solutions including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and ECS/EKS.
• Design and develop microservices and serverless architectures adhering to JavaScript and TypeScript best practices.
• Build and optimize REST APIs ensuring strong security, scalability, and performance.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Oversee code quality, conduct reviews, and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience architecting solutions on AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, ECS/EKS).
• Proficiency in building and optimizing REST APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CodePipeline).
• Knowledge of security practices including IAM, JWT, and secret management.
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Core Java.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
