Description

Lead the technical implementation of front-end frameworks and services for large-scale web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build intuitive interfaces and usable flows from conceptual design ideas.
• Enforce engineering best practices and serve as the technical lead on complex projects.
• Bridge communication between design, product stakeholders, and the engineering team.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in recruiting through phone screens and interviews.
• Develop responsive webpages for mobile and desktop using a component-driven approach.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or 9+ years as a Project Lead.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and JavaScript.
• Deep experience with the React ecosystem.
• Proven track record of developing UIs for large-scale web applications.
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• Expertise in solving cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Solid understanding of Web Page Accessibility, SEO standards, and W3C standards.
• Knowledge of web page performance enhancement and Core Web Vitals.
