Description

You will lead the technical team on SampleManager LIMS implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather enhancement requirements and define scalable solutions.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and produce detailed specification documents.
• Develop, configure, and implement enhancements for client needs.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients across all LIMS project aspects.
• Participate in the full system lifecycle, from design and coding through maintenance and support.

Required Skills

• 7 to 12 years of experience in SampleManager LIMS implementation and support.
• Extensive experience developing solutions within LIMS environments.
• Strong background in Systems Analysis, Design, Development, Quality Assurance, and integration methodologies.
• Experience developing/configuring modules like Sample workflows, Stock module, Instrument Interfacing, and Batch Management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively with limited supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Integration Manager, Report Designer, Forms Designer, or Label Designer.
• Familiarity with PIMS or Dashboard development.
