Technical Lead

You will lead technical execution from requirement analysis through to production release and support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct impact analysis and capture requirements during project kick-off meetings.
• Create high-level and low-level design documents following established quality standards.
• Develop, enhance, and modify code while performing unit testing and coordinating integration testing.
• Manage JIRA tickets for root cause analysis, permanent resolution, and SLA compliance.
• Execute release management activities, including project demos, back-out plans, and production implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a related occupation.
• Proficiency in JIRA for issue tracking and RCA.
• Experience conducting formal code reviews and design reviews.
• Ability to document technical projects for internal and external audit compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
