Description
You will lead the centralization of international entities and acquisitions onto a unified Oracle HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud platform.
Responsibilities
- Execute one or more full-lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations.
- Migrate international entities and new acquisitions onto a centralized Oracle HCM system.
- Decommission legacy satellite HR systems across various global locations.
- Apply functional and technical knowledge across multiple HCM subject areas.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in HR system implementations.
- Expert-level knowledge of Oracle HCM.
- Proven track record with Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation.
- Functional and technical expertise in Core HR and Onboarding.
- Experience with Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service.
- Knowledge of Performance Management and Compensation Planning.
- Experience with Learning & Development modules.
- Any Graduate degree.
