Description

You will lead technical activities for a global payroll transformation program, serving as the primary technical interface between HR/Payroll business units, vendors, and IT teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical coordination across multiple countries to align local IT teams with global program objectives.
• Conduct AS IS landscape analyses and design integrations between current and future payroll systems.
• Oversee data migration activities, including planning, mapping, format specifications, and system decommissioning.
• Collaborate with test managers to define and execute testing strategies for all payroll system components.
• Manage vendor relationships to define technical requirements and act as a technical advisor to business leads.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading technical aspects of large-scale payroll transformation programs.
• Expertise in technical analysis, system integration, and process optimization.
• Proven experience managing data migration, mapping, and data integrity.
• Strong background in testing and quality assurance processes.
• Experience managing external vendors and aligning their technical requirements with organizational goals.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Agile certification.
• Advanced degree in a technical field.
