Description

Lead the design and implementation of complex Business Process Management solutions using Appian.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design UI SAIL forms for the Tempo environment and CDTs interacting with external databases.
• Develop Records and Reports using SAIL and build or consume WEB/REST services.
• Manage system integration configuration using protocols like REST, SOAP, and MQ.
• Handle Appian Packaging, deployment, and apply Appian Best Practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Business Process Management experience with Appian.
• Appian “Lead Developer” Certification.
• Essential experience with Appian 22.X and complex enterprise implementations.
• 4+ years leading design and implementation of BPM solutions in Appian.
• Strong experience in designing role-based access control and expression rules.
• Experience with application security (Encryption/Decryption, TLS/SSL, Digital Certificate) and SSO (SAML, OAuth).
• Understanding of Appian server-side properties, Topology, heap memory, sizing, and scaling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with REST, SOAP, and MQ integration protocols.
