Job Responsibilities include:

Design and develop scalable Java-based applications utilizing Kafka for real-time data processing.

Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Conduct code reviews, identify technical risks, and ensure application quality, security, and compliance.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across distributed and cloud environments.

Support deployment, integration, and continuous improvement using modern DevOps and observability tools.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

8–10 years of experience in Java development with strong expertise in Kafka and distributed systems.

Proficiency in advanced Java concepts, Spring Boot, Kafka (or similar messaging systems), and experience with Drools rule engine.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), databases (RDBMS/NoSQL), and strong leadership skills in mentoring teams and driving architecture decisions
