Description

You will lead technical implementations and support for large-scale Dynamics 365 Enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-end CRM implementation projects from inception through the product lifecycle.
• Apply software engineering best practices to ensure scalable system architecture.
• Manage and support large-scale D365 Enterprise environments.
• Collaborate within Agile and Scrum frameworks to deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Certified Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and supporting large D365 Enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, CE, and Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Omnichannel, and Power Virtual Agent.
• Experience with MS Azure or similar cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with centralized logging platforms such as AppInsights or Splunk.
• Strong understanding of the full software engineering product lifecycle.
• Full professional command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in an additional language.
