Lead a team of .NET Full Stack developers to design, architect, and deliver scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers, providing technical direction and conducting performance reviews.
• Architect and develop scalable applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Enforce software quality through code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software development experience with a focus on Microsoft Suite products.
• Deep expertise in .NET Core and Azure.
• Proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Power Apps.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
