You will lead the technical execution and delivery of software projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects meeting required quality within agreed timelines.
• Manage iteration startup, impact analysis, and change requests.
• Monitor project execution and maintain status in the Project Management system.
• Sustain team quality practices and verify deliverables.
• Manage team development, including performance appraisals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience managing small to large projects.
• Strong technology skills in delivering Java/J2EE based projects.
• Hands-on experience building applications and coding.
• Proficiency in Java/j2ee, Web Services, UI Frameworks, CI/CD, and Azure Cloud.
• Experience with database management.
• Experience measuring project metrics and managing stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile process and project management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Core banking domain knowledge.
• Experience designing application architecture and working on security requirements.
