Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream technology projects within large-scale enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive project health, budgets, and milestones from inception to production rollout for cloud infrastructure and API-based services.
• Manage technical backlogs, release planning, and capacity management to ensure alignment with prioritized AI use cases.
• Lead Agile/Scrum teams across distributed engineering pods, facilitating sprint planning and continuous delivery.
• Synchronize the delivery of data models, business services, and infrastructure to meet strict timelines.
• Manage technical dependencies and risks to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML components.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of dedicated experience in Technical Project Management or Program Management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise technology projects.
• Deep expertise in release planning, capacity management, and milestone tracking.
• Extensive experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and managing technical backlogs.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP, Azure) and API-based services.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, including LLMs and RAG.
• Ability to manage distributed engineering teams and cross-functional dependencies.
