Architect enterprise-scale Java applications and lead development teams through the full software development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native microservices solutions using Spring Boot and Java.
• Drive architecture decisions, code quality standards, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor development teams and guide technical execution across projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with digital transformation goals.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and reliability.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of IT experience with strong Java Full Stack expertise.
• Proven track record as a Technical Manager, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks: React.js or Angular.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
