Description

You will lead technical delivery and mentor a team of Java developers while remaining hands-on with enterprise backend systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Java developers building enterprise applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs using Java JDK 8+.
• Lead backend development utilizing Spring Boot, Spring Security, Maven, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Implement automated testing and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins.
• Monitor performance via Splunk and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud-native development platforms.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, message queuing, and multithreading.
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with relational databases like SQL Server.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience in technical management or team lead roles.

Bachelor's degree required.
