Description

You will lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on with backend development, API design, and cloud-native applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, driving technical excellence and solution delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java JDK 8, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Build and integrate RESTful and SOAP APIs, ensuring robust and secure connectivity.
• Manage distributed systems with expertise in multithreading, message queuing, and design patterns.
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Splunk and oversee CI/CD pipelines with Git, GitHub, and Jenkins.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with increasing responsibility.
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Jenkins.
• Proven expertise in multithreading, distributed systems, and design patterns.
• Cloud-native development experience, particularly with AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Frontend development experience with ReactJS, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk.
