Manage a global engineering team to design, implement, and integrate AI-powered applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development using Agile and DevOps practices.
• Drive best practices for modern design, scalability, and cloud-native architectures.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and manage technical debt.
• Guide AI initiatives and integrate Generative AI capabilities into the software portfolio.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Proficiency in Java and Python environments.
• Experience with AWS and building scalable cloud-native applications.
• Significant experience leading teams through Agile and DevOps processes.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with modern web application frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AI application in insurance and beyond.
