Lead complex Salesforce implementations and manage multiple high-stakes programs simultaneously.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design creative technical solutions to address implementation challenges.
• Direct the delivery trajectory of large-scale programs to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage multiple complex programs concurrently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Navigate large IT programs and align teams toward unified technical goals.
• Write watertight Statements of Work (SOWs) for program engagements.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in IT.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations.
• Deep technical understanding of the breadth and depth of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex IT programs.
• Experience in technical solution design and program delivery management.
• Ability to draft precise and legally sound SOWs.
