You will lead a technical team focused on business intelligence and reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide technical guidance to direct reports.
• Oversee reporting workflows and ensure timely data delivery.
• Support team members with SQL-based technical direction.
• Drive technical strategy for business intelligence initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data or engineering.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL to guide technical staff.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik.
• Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the mortgage industry.
• Experience with Looker.
