Lead the technical direction for AI and automation initiatives across R&D and supply chain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models and automation workflows to enhance device intelligence.
• Analyze and re-engineer business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Establish and lead an AI governance framework ensuring ethical and compliant deployment.
• Define design standards, conduct code reviews, and drive hands-on development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in automation and AI.
• Expertise in Power Automate and Power BI for data visualization.
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
• Proficiency in Jira and MS Project for project management.
• Familiarity with AI Governance principles (AIGP).
• Experience in healthcare and manufacturing environments.
