Description

You will lead technical operations and process implementation for RM Operations, owning the reliability and efficiency of service delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and advise on ITIL processes including Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Operations.
• Design and implement highly available services and hybrid cloud solutions (SaaS/IaaS).
• Lead technical integrations between ticketing systems, monitoring solutions, and APIs.
• Identify and resolve process or procedure gaps within RM Operations.
• Solve complex technical issues involving technical debt, resource constraints, and legacy infrastructure upgrades.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of technical experience.
• ITIL Certification (Foundation minimum).
• Hands-on experience with AWS and OpenStack.
• Proficiency with monitoring and configuration tools such as Zabbix, Chef, Puppet, or Cfengine.
• Experience with version control systems including GitHub and SVN/CVS.
• Knowledge of Linux environments and DevOps practices.
• Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or general SDLC methodologies.
• Strong architectural, design, and integration expertise.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and NoSQL solutions like MongoDB, Cloudera, or Hadoop.
• Familiarity with Cobbler and PagerDuty.
