Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise data warehousing solutions while managing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-level data warehouse solutions and strategies.
• Oversee the development and optimization of ETL processes and data integration from multiple sources.
• Manage a team of database administrators, data engineers, and analysts, including performance reviews and professional development.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage project lifecycles, budgets, and risks.
• Monitor system health, ensure high availability, and troubleshoot technical issues within the data warehouse.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data warehousing.
• 4+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proficiency with ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend.
• Experience with database management systems including SQL Server, Oracle, or Snowflake.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven experience working with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field.
