You will lead a technical team while remaining hands-on in modern Java backend development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a technical team to deliver high-quality enterprise applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs using JSON and SOAP.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and enforce development best practices.
• Integrate applications with AWS cloud-native platforms and monitor performance using tools like Splunk.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Java backend development.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, Multithreading, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and automated unit testing (JUnit).
• Experience utilizing AWS cloud-native development platforms.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, message queuing, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience in technical management or lead roles on large enterprise projects.
• Experience with SQL Server or other relational database technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to front-end development using ReactJS, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of application monitoring tools beyond Splunk.
