Description

Lead technical delivery and people management in a role that is 70% technical and 30% functional.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architectures.
• Manage large, complex programs through all SDLC phases using Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps principles.
• Direct project lifecycles including requirements gathering, analysis, planning, and production implementation.
• Oversee delivery using on-shore/off-shore models and manage both internal and vendor resources.
• Facilitate technical meetings, manage documentation, and report on program tasks and controls to senior management.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of progressive technical management experience, including 4+ years as a Lead or Tech Lead.
• 4+ years of experience within the Financial Services or BFSI domain.
• Expertise in Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, REST, JSON, and Service Oriented Architecture.
• Strong front-end proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and jQuery.
• Proven experience with Cloud-native development on Azure or similar cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and SQL.
• Deep understanding of design patterns, TDD, and unit testing.
• 2+ years managing complex programs and project portfolios.
• Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio.
