You will lead a technical team delivering backend solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a technical team focused on backend delivery.
• Oversee API development for REST, JSON, and SOAP services.
• Implement and maintain automated unit testing using JUnit or similar frameworks.
• Leverage Git, GitHub, and Jenkins to manage source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor applications using Splunk or comparable alerting tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development leadership.
• Expert proficiency in Java JDK 8 and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Spring Security, Tomcat, Maven, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Hands-on experience with multithreading, message queuing, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with SQL Server or relational database technologies.
• Experience implementing design patterns in backend systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development practices on AWS and Cloud Foundry.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ReactJS, Redux, and TypeScript.
