Description

You will conceptualize, design, and implement holistic solutions for complex enterprise applications, leading engineering teams across DDI Services, Product, and Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from legacy systems (IDRS, ODI, CPI) to a modern Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP).
• Drive migration, development, and operations using Kafka, SnapLogic, and Azure API Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences for CRM and HR software products.
• Apply user-centric design principles to ensure intuitive solution architecture.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of technical experience in enterprise application development and integration.
• Hands-on expertise with Kafka, SnapLogic, and Azure API Management.
• Deep knowledge of legacy systems including IDRS, ODI, and CPI.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams across multiple service domains.
• Strong background in hybrid integration platform design and implementation.
• Ability to conceptualize and deliver complex enterprise solutions.
