Description

Lead .NET development teams and oversee end-to-end application delivery from requirement gathering to production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, gather requirements, and align technical solutions with business goals.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience leading and managing development teams.
• Track record of delivering successful .NET projects.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience staying updated with latest .NET technologies and trends.
