Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple scrum teams typically three to four delivering on .NET Core and React platform
• Own delivery including sequencing dependencies risk and honest conversations about project outcomes
• Manage team growth feedback and building teams that engineers want to stay on
• Make architecture and design calls with leads review approaches and stay credible in code reviews
• Work directly with product management on scope and priority with architecture on technical direction
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams on release quality and deployment processes
• Be accountable for products being genuinely finished built released adopted and supported
• Make and defend technical decisions with architects and senior engineers effectively
• Communicate clearly with product management engineering leadership and various stakeholders
• Provide real people leadership including direct reports performance and growth ownership

Experience Required: Demonstrated experience leading 3-4 scrum teams concurrently, complete product execution from planning to release and adoption, strong hands-on experience with technical stack, real people leadership with direct reports and hiring involvement
