Description

Lead multiple scrum teams delivering on .NET Core and React platforms, owning end-to-end product execution from planning to release and adoption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-4 concurrent scrum teams, managing delivery sequencing, dependencies, and project outcomes.
• Drive architecture and design decisions, reviewing technical approaches and maintaining credibility in code reviews.
• Partner with product management on scope and priority, and with architects on technical direction.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure release quality, deployment processes, and product support.
• Provide people leadership for direct reports, including performance management, hiring, and team growth.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, and ReactJS.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and API Design.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record leading multiple scrum teams using Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in full product lifecycle management and release adoption.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in Payroll, Benefits, or HCM systems.
• Experience managing cross-timezone teams or leading modernization/migration programs.
