Description

You will lead application development teams through the full software development life cycle, managing both people and technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage application developers, conducting code reviews and technical interviews.
• Oversee the upgrading of legacy codebases to modern industry standards.
• Gather business requirements and produce technical specification documentation.
• Coordinate project team activities and provide technical support to ensure requirements are met.
• Manage source code, system integrations, and maintain wiki structures using Confluence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or management roles.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, .NET Framework, and Python.
• Strong experience with Oracle Databases and ETL processes.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum Master functions.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, including administration and dashboard creation.
• Practical knowledge of MVC architecture, APIs, and Web Services.
• Experience with Selenium best practices and test case creation.
• Strong background in SDLC best practices and documentation.
