Lead a technical team delivering Fraud, AML, and disputes solutions using Actimize.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and delegate tasks for staff, addressing training needs to meet product development goals.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Supervise implementation of technical standards, systems, and processes.
• Coordinate product testing to identify faults and implement improvements.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, resolving technical problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical management roles.
• Hands-on experience with Actimize.
• Deep knowledge of Fraud, AML, and disputes domains.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with Data and Integration services.
• Ability to perform business analysis and translate user needs into technical applications.
• Experience influencing technology strategies.
