Description

Lead technical teams to deliver high-quality products by bridging business objectives with technical execution. You will translate product requirements into solutions, manage the roadmap, and oversee architectural decisions for scalability using microservices and cloud-native patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure iterative delivery and efficient sprint execution.
• Manage project timelines and prioritize development tasks based on customer needs and business value.
• Mentor team members and manage stakeholders to align development efforts with organizational goals.
• Oversee architectural decisions to ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role focused on product delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Python and frameworks such as Django and Flask.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Proficiency with database systems including Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API-driven development.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Proficiency in Agile workflow tools like JIRA or Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to .NET technologies or other full-stack development frameworks.
• Experience with user-centered design and collaboration with UX/UI teams.
• Familiarity with OKRs for measuring product and team performance.
