Description

Lead technical teams to deliver high-quality products by bridging business objectives with technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into scalable solutions using microservices and cloud-native patterns.
• Manage project timelines, prioritize development tasks, and oversee architectural decisions for reliability.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure iterative delivery and efficient sprint execution.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with Product Managers to align development efforts with organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role focused on product delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Python and frameworks such as Django and Flask.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Proficiency with database systems including Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API-driven development.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Proficiency in Agile workflow tools like JIRA or Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to .NET technologies or other full-stack development frameworks.
• Experience with user-centered design and collaboration with UX/UI teams.
