Responsibilities

• Create high-quality marketing materials including white papers, case studies, product brochures, technical data sheets, and user guides.
• Develop web pages, blog posts, articles, and newsletters that simplify technical concepts for broad audiences.
• Craft persuasive content for sales presentations, proposals, and support materials.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and developers to gather and synthesize technical information.
• Edit and proofread all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and a consistent tone and style.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in technical writing or marketing writing, preferably in a technology-driven industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and engagingly.
• Meticulous attention to detail in editing and proofreading.
• Strong research skills to gather information from various technical sources.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of SEO and content optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the parking or real-estate management industry.
• Familiarity with graphic design software such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
