Description

Lead the technical operations team to manage IT service outcomes and operational processes. Oversee key IT services across knowledge management, ITSM, network, database, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise team members, including technical writers, and manage talent development, hiring, and performance reviews.
  • Manage operational outcomes, including backups, recovery testing, and business continuity.
  • Identify process improvements and develop risk controls in partnership with IT Risk Management and Audit.
  • Control costs, demand, and resource capacity for technology operations.
  • Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and presentation materials to track progress.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Technology Operations.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of individual contributors in an operations environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in Knowledge Management.
  • 1+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience.
  • Proficiency with ITSM, MS Office suite, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with product taxonomy.
