Lead the technical operations team to manage IT service outcomes and operational processes. Oversee key IT services across knowledge management, ITSM, network, database, and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Supervise team members, including technical writers, and manage talent development, hiring, and performance reviews.
- Manage operational outcomes, including backups, recovery testing, and business continuity.
- Identify process improvements and develop risk controls in partnership with IT Risk Management and Audit.
- Control costs, demand, and resource capacity for technology operations.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and presentation materials to track progress.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Technology Operations.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of individual contributors in an operations environment.
- 2+ years of experience in Knowledge Management.
- 1+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- 1+ years of leadership experience.
- Proficiency with ITSM, MS Office suite, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with product taxonomy.
