Description

Lead the technical operations team to manage IT service outcomes and operational processes across knowledge management, ITSM, network, database, and infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technical writers and operations staff, managing hiring, talent development, and performance reviews.
• Oversee key IT services including backups, recovery testing, and business continuity planning.
• Identify process improvements and develop risk controls in partnership with IT Risk Management and Audit.
• Control costs, demand, and resource capacity for technology operations.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and presentation materials to track progress.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Technology Operations.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of individual contributors in an operations environment.
• 2+ years of experience in Knowledge Management.
• 1+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency with ITSM and the MS Office suite.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product taxonomy.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
