You will manage technical operations and escalation workflows for an onsite role in West Point, PA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical tasks strictly following established protocols.
• Manage IT escalation processes to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain change control procedures within daily operational workflows.
• Engage with stakeholders to coordinate and clarify technical requirements.
• Perform sterilization tasks as required by specific operational standards.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in technical operations.
• Proficiency in Change Control processes and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with IT Escalation management.
• Ability to perform consistent and accurate Task Execution.
• Proven background in Stakeholder Engagement and communication.
• Experience with Sterilization procedures and compliance standards.
• Degree in any field of study.
