Description

You will manage operational functions across the loan life cycle for secured credit facilities and warehouse lines. You will own the accuracy and execution of daily servicing, collateral management, and exception resolution.

Responsibilities

• Review credit and closing documentation to build bilateral and syndicated loan facilities in internal booking systems.
• Execute daily loan servicing, including borrowing/funding requests and settlement/paydown processing.
• Manage collateral by reviewing daily custodial reports and coordinating with external document custodians to resolve exceptions.
• Monitor borrowing base metrics, including warehouse line expiration dates, advance limits, and collateral eligibility.
• Resolve daily exception and break reports and distribute periodic interest and fee invoices.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in institutional lending operations.
• Experience managing collateral, loan servicing, or syndicated facilities.
• Ability to review and interpret credit and closing documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Loan IQ.
• Knowledge of warehouse lending, collateral management, or residential and consumer lending.
