Description

You provide technical support for live streaming and broadcast operations, monitoring systems 24/7 and managing alerts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor broadcast and live streaming systems 24/7, responding to system alerts in real-time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using PowerShell and command-line tools.
• Collaborate with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) to optimize platform performance.
• Document processes, workflows, and solutions accurately and promptly.
• Make independent decisions to resolve operational issues with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 1-5 years of experience monitoring live streaming platforms or broadcast workflows.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Practical experience with PowerShell scripting or automation tools.
• Familiarity with streaming protocols (HLS, DASH, RTMP, or SRT).
• Experience managing incidents and technical escalations in real-time.
• Exposure to 24/7 operational environments or shift-based support.
• Experience with log analysis and system performance monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and operations teams.
