Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs across Corporate Functions, managing governance, execution, and risk.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale technology programs.
• Drive program governance, execution tracking, and risk/issue management.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment on scope, priorities, and timelines.
• Manage integration interdependencies, platform consolidation, and data migration.
• Maintain program plans, RAID logs, and executive-level reporting.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of experience in Technical Program/Project Management.
• Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale technology programs in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications: Oracle Fusion, Ariba, Salesforce, ADP.
• Experience managing system integrations, data migration, and platform consolidation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution.
• Knowledge of regulatory, risk, and control requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with Product Owners and senior stakeholders.
