Description

You will lead enterprise-level Oracle IT initiatives, managing technical teams through the full software development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams of 4+ members through the full software development lifecycle.
• Design, program, and test complex enterprise-level systems.
• Develop data synchronization solutions and ETL processes.
• Perform system analysis and design to ensure IT systems alignment.
• Manage technical initiatives from inception through testing and deployment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT systems alignment.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical lead role.
• 4+ years of experience leading teams of 4 or more people.
• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle databases.
• Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with performance tuning.
• 3+ years of experience developing ETL processes and data synchronization solutions.
• 6+ years of experience in system analysis, design, programming, and testing.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
