Lead technical delivery and manage Java development teams in an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Java development team of 10+ members.
• Direct cloud-focused implementations and project lifecycles.
• Oversee integration components including plug-ins, messaging, and REST APIs.
• Deliver projects within Agile-based environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager focusing on cloud implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Java, JSP, and Web Services.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and integration components.
• Experience working with Oracle or SQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Technical degree or any graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire implementation experience and understanding of Guidewire Cloud architecture.
• PMP or Prince2 certification.
