Description

You will drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade applications, combining technical leadership with project management to ensure timely, high-quality releases aligned with business objectives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional teams across Android, iOS, Backend, QA, and UX in multiple geographies.
• Translate business requirements into technical plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and dependency mapping.
• Drive Agile delivery practices, monitor KPIs like velocity and defect density, and own release planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management within software development.
• Strong technical background with mandatory hands-on familiarity in Python and React.
• Experience managing mobile application development projects (Android and iOS).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools including Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Expertise in version control (Git), issue tracking (Jira), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to perform code reviews and solution design oversight.
• Proven team leadership skills with experience presenting to C-level executives.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe certification.
• Experience leading teams across multiple delivery centers.
